This division, Film Projection Concepts Internationalsm has been formed to cater primarily to the large format cinema business which is popular with theme parks as well as museums, zoos and free standing cinemas. By forming this business unit, Atlas Specialty Lighting® reaffirms its commitment to the new equipment part of the business as well as the repair and overhaul part of the business. "It is very rare to find this combination of products and most importantly, the talent under one roof" commented Mr. Bob Ray, director of engineering. Mr. Ray went on to say "We now have the ability to not only provide service of the parts but also, the design and installation of new systems as well as the modification of existing systems to accommodate the demands for larger screens and more light on the screen."
There is a full state of the art repair facility located in Tampa, FL and will be available for most cinema repair and overhaul challenges there may be in today's market.
The personnel have a combined experience of over 70 years in the projection and projection related business.
Film Projection Concepts Internationalsm will market products by Strong (Ballantyne), DTS, QSC, JBL, Kinoton, Kelmar as well as products manufactured by PerkinElmer and Osram Sylvania.
